This collection was my last collection to retail in New Zealand. It was by far my most commercially successful collection and a high note to end on.
The collection was focussed on accessible tailoring and casual luxury. A light sporty feel was incorporated to keep the garments grounded and easy.
A dropped sleeve and a 1950's couture waist were the focus of the tailoring components. These were new cuts for my brand and became the signature cuts for the season.
Contrasts of colour and texture were the fabrication innovations of the season and monochrome was given life with wet vs matte fabrics.
